Managing consumer vulnerability to meet UK regulations

MorganAsh’s managing director, Andrew Gething, will be speaking on a webinar for European Financial Planning Association.

Consumers in the UK have poor trust in financial services firms due to the service they have received. The UK regulator has introduced new regulations to rebuild trust by improving how firms deal with consumers. A key part of this is to understand consumers vulnerabilities such as divorce, bereavement and health issues.

The session will give an overview of the UK’s regulations, the practical challenges to achieve these and how technology can assist.
