Consistency by Design: Why Vulnerability Management Needs to Be Digital, Not Manual

Andrew Gething, managing director of MorganAsh, will lead a discussion on using digital tools to manage vulnerable customers – and why this approach should be favoured over manual methods.

The session examines the problems with manual notes and subjective individual judgements, and shows how digital tools overcome them. It also covers the areas where vulnerable customer management is flawed or simply impractical without digital tools.

Andrew will explain why digital tools are more cost-effective in use, more scalable, more reliable, and more robust, and why they produce far richer data. He will also set out why structured data is the only scalable foundation for managing vulnerable customers, including when working with other firms in the value chain.
