There is growing interest in the Swedish market in tele-interviewing. This is set to increase with the introduction of privacy laws that may see access to medical reports restricted.

Belivia will provide the MorganAsh tele-interview services, using the MorganAsh systems and scripts, suitably tailored for each insurance company’s products and philosophy.

The agreement with MorganAsh gives Belivia immediate, reliable, proven, ‘out of the box’ services, without the need to reinvent the wheel and build complex systems. This enables Belivia to provide efficient, reliable services to its customers.

Belivia will use the MorganAsh training and quality processes to ensure the quality of the interviews is maintained in line with MorganAsh standards. MorganAsh will train and audit the Belivia nurses.

Andrew Gething, managing director of MorganAsh, commented: “We have been working in Sweden for some time. Working with Belivia gives our customers the best combination of on-the-ground, local representation with our world-leading tele-interviewing services.”

Our clients say:

I would comment that I am extremely pleased with the handling of this application from submission to the confirmation of acceptance within a time span of ten days. It clearly demonstrated the efficiency of the telephone interview process which in this case took place within a few days of receipt of the application. I feel that particularly where the applicant is female it is more satisfactory for the client to discuss health and medical background issues as the client feels more comfortable talking to a ‘neutral’ person. Additionally, it takes the responsibility off the intermediary in the knowledge that any non-disclosure does not rest with him/her. I did ask my client in this particular case how she felt about the tele-interview and received a very positive response confirming her entire satisfaction with the process. Thanks, and ‘well done’.
