MARS API (application programming interface)

MARS has a modern API, to allow firms to more easily manage vulnerable customers, without leaving their own systems.

The MARS API (Application Programming Interface) acts like a bridge, allowing other software systems to communicate easily and share information with MARS. It includes a set of rules and tools that developers can use to request and exchange data or functionality, with no need to know the internal details of how MARS works.

This means that your team can continue to work using your own, familiar, systems – while connecting to MARS seamlessly in the background. MARS then works on your behalf, to help identify and manage vulnerable people.

Functionality

  • Create case: create a new MARS case for a new consumer.

  • Retrieve case: retrieve a current MARS case from an existing consumer.
