MorganAsh

Alison, a 40-year-old supply manager in healthcare products, had been off work with breast cancer. MorganAsh was able to gather full details of investigations, the operation, associated treatment, nodes involved and follow-up treatment. As sufficient information was gathered, no further medical information was needed to make a sound case assessment. This paved the way towards both speedy payment and saving money on gathering further medical evidence.

The nurse also dealt with some confusion Alison had, as she thought she was covered by a different company. We were able to liaise with the insurer – and discovered that the group scheme had changed insurer, something of which Alison was not aware. This enabled the situation to be quickly resolved.

The MARS vulnerability report provides valuable live data as to whether a client will get health-rated for life insurance and/or permanent health insurance. It also allows vulnerability tracking throughout the conveyance – which is vital under Consumer Duty.
