years as an actuary before moving into
management. He was recently the Managing
Director of General Cologne Life Re (U.K)
a major re-insurance company in the UK.
Prior to this he was the General Manager
of Liberty Re. |

Andrew is a highly
successful company director who has
taken an IT start-up through growth and
profitability to successful acquisition,
increasing shareholder value by 35,000%,
and a private games company from
successful floatation on the London Stock
Exchange to being one of the leading
independent games development companies
in Europe.
Andrew is a UMIST
graduate, a Chartered Structural
Engineer and holds an MBA from Sheffield
Business School . He has been the
driving force behind many awards
including, ‘e-commerce' award in 1999,
‘technology deal of the year' in 2001,
and the prestigious ‘Queens Award for
Enterprise ' in 2002. |

Maggie
Earl - Operations Manager |
|
Maggie qualified as
a registered nurse in the mid 1970’s,and
since then she has continued to improve,
her skills, qualifications and
experiences in many fields, including
cardiothoracic surgery & medicine,
and general surgery. She was privileged to be
a member of the early transplant team,
then later in the 1980’s specialized in
Neonatal nursing at Wythenshawe Hospital
and completing her Diploma in Nursing in
1995.
Maggie moved out of
the clinical area to BUPA in 1997 and
joined the Care Management Team and was
part of the launch of the Health Line.
In the millennium year Maggie rejoined
the NHS and was a successful Supervisor
for NHS Direct facing challenges
controlling the North West NHS Direct
Sites, National conference calls
investigations of incidents and
complaints and many more! During this
time Maggie also became a part time
graduate and achieved an honours degree
in Community and Health Care studies. |

Harvey - Underwriting and Claims Manager |

Jill Harvey was previously Underwriting
and Claims Manager for RGA in the UK,
following many years in the industry in
various underwriting positions,
primarily with Mercantile & General
Reinsurance. Jill is responsible for
quality of the MorganAsh Tele-interviews
for both underwriting and claims
assessment as well advising clients on
the best way to implement
Tele-underwriting and using
Tele-interview data within the
underwriting and claims department. |
